Ticket Management
Prerequisites
- An inbound plan has been submitted, and the warehouse has started receiving goods.
- The warehouse inventory count differs from the forecasted quantity, and the system has automatically generated a discrepancy ticket.
Operation Objective
Verify warehouse inventory discrepancies and decide whether to initiate an appeal. Tickets are an automatic reconciliation and appeal mechanism established by the system to protect merchants' asset security: when the actual inventory count at the warehouse differs from your planned quantity, the system automatically generates an exception ticket awaiting your verification and handling.
Entry: Left Navigation → Ticket Management
View Discrepancy Tickets
- Go to the Ticket Management page and click the 「Discrepancy Found」 tab (with a red number badge indicating the count of tickets pending handling).
- Review the discrepancy data in the list:
- Planned Quantity: The expected arrival quantity you entered in the inbound order.
- Actual Received Quantity: The quantity actually scanned and counted by the overseas warehouse.
- Discrepancy Quantity: The difference between the two (e.g., planned 12 units, actually received 0 units, discrepancy of 12).
Tip: If the 「Discrepancy Found」 tab has no red number badge, there are currently no discrepancy tickets pending handling.
Initiate an Appeal
If you confirm that the shipped quantity is correct, follow these steps to initiate an appeal:
- In the 「Discrepancy Found」 list, locate the ticket you want to appeal, and click the 「Initiate Appeal」 button in the action column.
- In the pop-up appeal interface, fill in the Appeal Reason (e.g., "Goods were shipped in full from the domestic side, please have the warehouse re-inspect").
- Upload supporting evidence (optional but recommended):
- Logistics receipt
- Packing video
- Packing list
- Other shipping proof
- Click 「Submit」. The ticket status changes to 「Processing」, and the overseas warehouse will re-count or verify.
