Getting Started
This guide is designed to help new users quickly understand the core features and operational workflows of the OSL Overseas Warehouse System, covering the complete business process from account activation to daily inbound and outbound management.
System Overview
The OSL Overseas Warehouse System is a warehousing management and order fulfillment platform for cross-border sellers, providing the following core services:
- Inbound Management: Supports shipping goods to the OSL overseas warehouse, completing the full process of receiving, quality inspection, and shelving.
- Dropship Outbound: Supports manually creating orders or integrating with e-commerce platforms (Yahoo!ショッピング, 楽天市場, Qoo10 Japan, etc.) to automatically pull orders. The warehouse completes picking, packing, and shipping, and returns the tracking number.
- Transfer Service: Supports transferring overseas warehouse inventory to FBA warehouses or other addresses.
- Return Management: Supports receiving customer returns, quality inspection, re-shelving, or disposal.
- Scrap Outbound: Supports initiating disposal requests for slow-moving or damaged products.
- Platform Integration: Supports authorizing e-commerce platform stores to enable automatic order synchronization and shipment status feedback.
- Finance & Billing: Supports viewing account balance, recharging, and bill reconciliation.
Account Registration and Activation
The OSL Overseas Warehouse System adopts a "self-registration + manual review" mechanism. Please follow these steps to complete registration and activate your permissions:
Phase 1: Self-Service Registration
Please visit the OSL Overseas Warehouse System registration page and complete the three-step basic registration:
- Email Verification: Enter your常用 email address and fill in the verification code.
- Account Information: Set your login account and password.
Note: The login account is your Merchant ID, which cannot be changed permanently after successful registration.
- Merchant Information: Fill in the merchant name, merchant address, contact person, and contact phone number truthfully, then click [Register] to submit.
Phase 2: Activate Operational Permissions (Important)
- Default Status: Newly registered accounts only have "viewing permissions" by default and cannot perform any actual business operations such as inbound or outbound shipping.
- Activation Method: After submitting your registration, please contact your dedicated OSL business manager or official customer service as soon as possible. Provide your registration email and Merchant ID. After manual review in the backend, your full operational permissions will be unlocked. After successful activation, log out and log in again to use the system normally.
Tip: If the administrator has confirmed activation but the restricted banner is still present, please log out and log back into the system.
Dashboard Home Overview
After logging in, you will enter the 「Data Overview」 page, which is the core dashboard for your daily operations.

Click the number on any metric card to directly jump to the corresponding list page to view details.
Order Volume Analysis
Displays trend changes in inbound order volume and dropship order volume using a line chart. Supports switching views by 「This Week」, 「This Month」, 「This Year」, or custom time ranges.
Account Assets and Billing
- Account Balance: Displays the real-time balance of the current JPY (Japanese Yen) account. Click 「Recharge Now」 to jump to the recharge page.
- Pending Bills: Displays the summary count and amount of unpaid bills. Click 「View Bills」 to jump to the bill list.
Inventory Overview
Displays the following inventory metrics using a bar chart:
- Total in Stock: Total number of products actually stored in the warehouse.
- In-Transit Inventory: Total number of products currently in transit and not yet received into the warehouse.
- Available SKUs: Number of activated SKU categories available for sale.
- Low Stock Alert SKUs: Number of SKUs where available inventory < 10 units.
- Slow-Moving SKUs: Number of SKUs with an average storage age > 90 days.

Located in the bottom-right corner of the page, providing quick access to common operations:
