How to Authorize Amazon Store in OSL Overseas Warehouse

This document will guide you through the correct process of completing Amazon Japan store authorization and batch importing your platform orders through manual fulfillment.

⚠️ Important Notice: About Amazon API Authorization

The system currently does not support Amazon API automatic authorization method. If you need to import your Amazon orders into the system, please make sure to select 「Manual Fulfillment」 when creating store authorization.

1. Create New Amazon Japan Store Authorization

To manage your orders uniformly in the system, you need to first enter the store information into the system and select the correct fulfillment method.

1. Go to Authorization Page: In the left navigation bar, click System Settings -> Platform Authorization in sequence.
2. Create New Authorization: Select "Amazon Japan" from the platform list, then click the [New] button above the list.
3. Fill in Basic Information:
   • Store Name: Custom fill-in, used to identify your store in the system (e.g., Amazon Store A).
   • Store Code: Set a unique code to identify the store. Note: Cannot be modified after creation.
   • Fulfillment Method: Please make sure to select Manual Fulfillment (Do not select API Fulfillment).
4. Submit: After confirming the information is correct, click [Submit] to complete store creation.

2. Prerequisite: Product Matching

Before importing orders, in addition to completing the above "Platform Authorization", you must also complete "Product Matching".

• Operation Path: System Settings -> Product Matching
• Description: Only after successfully establishing the matching relationship between platform products and actual inventory products in the overseas warehouse within the system, can the system accurately identify and deduct the corresponding inventory when importing orders.

3. Order Import (Import by Platform Store Format)

After completing store authorization and product matching, you can start importing platform store order formats. The system currently supports direct import of standard format orders from platforms such as Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo, Qoo10.

Operation Steps:

1. Create New Dropship Application: Create a new Dropship Application in the system.
2. Batch Import File: Select "Import by Platform Store Format", select the Amazon Japan store you just created that supports Manual Fulfillment, and batch import the standard format order files downloaded from the Amazon backend into the system.
3. The system will automatically parse the platform order file, match the matched products, and generate shipping orders.
