Inventory Flow

Entry: Left Navigation → Inventory Management → Inventory Flow

Inventory flow records the historical details of all product inventory changes. Any inventory change will generate a corresponding document number, change quantity, and inventory after the change. (Positive numbers indicate increases, negative numbers indicate decreases).

Flow Types

• Inbound: Inventory increased from inbound and shelving.
• Returns: Inventory increased from return inbound.
• Drop Shipping Outbound: Inventory decreased from drop shipping.
• Transfer: Inventory decreased from transfer outbound.
• Scrap Outbound: Inventory decreased from scrap.
• Adjustment: Inventory changes generated from warehouse inventory operation adjustments. Warehouse operators will provide notes or attachments for the adjustment.
