Platform Authorization
Usage Scenarios and Purpose
Authorizing e-commerce platform stores in the OSL overseas warehouse system is a prerequisite for automatic order synchronization, logistics label printing, and shipping status feedback. After authorization, the system can periodically pull platform orders, reducing the workload of manual data entry.
Entry: Left navigation → System Settings → Platform Authorization
Supported Platforms

Notes

- After authorization, make sure to complete product matching (SKU mapping); otherwise, synced orders cannot be automatically matched to system SKUs.
- The specific authorization process may vary by platform. Please refer to the authorization help documentation for the corresponding platform.
