Platform Authorization

Usage Scenarios and Purpose

Authorizing e-commerce platform stores in the OSL overseas warehouse system is a prerequisite for automatic order synchronization, logistics label printing, and shipping status feedback. After authorization, the system can periodically pull platform orders, reducing the workload of manual data entry.

Entry: Left navigation → System Settings → Platform Authorization

Supported Platforms

The following e-commerce platform stores are currently supported for authorization:

  • Yahoo!ショッピング
  • 楽天市場
  • Qoo10 Japan

Authorization Steps

  1. On the Platform Authorization page, click the "Authorize" button for the corresponding platform.
  2. You will be redirected to the platform's authorization page. Follow the platform's instructions to complete the authorization process.
  3. After successful authorization, the store will appear in the list of authorized stores.

Authorized Store Management

  • View Store List: Displays the authorized platform store name, platform type, authorization status, and other information.
  • Unbind Store: To revoke a store's authorization, click the "Unbind" button in the list.
  • Re-authorize: Re-authorization is required when the authorization has expired or the secret key has been changed.

Notes

  • After a store is authorized for the first time, the system will automatically pull orders created within 3–5 days from the store's creation time.
  • After authorization, make sure to complete product matching (SKU mapping); otherwise, synced orders cannot be automatically matched to system SKUs.
  • The specific authorization process may vary by platform. Please refer to the authorization help documentation for the corresponding platform.
